These Terms govern access to and use of Ready Jet Roam websites, tools, content, digital products, and related services (together, the “Services”) operated by Reidwald Ventures, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Ready Jet Roam (“Ready Jet Roam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the Services.
1. Who we are
Ready Jet Roam is a travel publication and shop: articles, guides, recommendations, a packing tool, a newsletter, and digital products, at readyjetroam.com and on our related subdomains (including shop.readyjetroam.com, guides.readyjetroam.com, and newsletter.readyjetroam.com). Contact for legal or general inquiries: [email protected].
2. Using the Services
Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in ways that don’t infringe anyone’s rights or interfere with anyone else’s use. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, servers, or databases.
- Use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
- Interfere with the normal functioning of the Services.
- Copy or reuse content in ways section 8 doesn’t allow.
We may restrict or block access if we identify misuse.
3. Our content is information, not professional advice
Everything published on Ready Jet Roam is for general information and education. It is not legal, medical, financial, insurance, immigration, security, or other professional advice, and it’s not a substitute for advice from someone who knows your situation. Unless we expressly say otherwise, we are not the provider of the airlines, hotels, insurers, credit cards, rental cars, tours, or other third-party services we write about.
Travel conditions, prices, schedules, entry rules, insurance terms, and safety conditions can change without notice. No article, checklist, guide, recommendation, or tool can guarantee a particular price, availability, safety result, insurance outcome, entry decision, or travel experience. Verify time-sensitive or consequential details with the relevant provider or authority before you rely on them, including visa and entry requirements, insurance coverage, pricing and availability, health requirements, and the terms of any third-party provider.
4. The Packing Assistant
The Packing Assistant generates packing suggestions from what you enter plus general travel considerations. Suggestions are informational: they’re not a guarantee of completeness or suitability for every destination, activity, medical need, airline rule, or legal requirement. You’re responsible for checking baggage rules, medication rules, security restrictions, and destination-specific requirements before you travel. Saved lists live in your browser’s storage and can be lost if you clear it; see our Privacy Policy for how the tool handles data.
5. Digital products, payment, and delivery
Our digital products (such as guides and other downloads) are delivered electronically. Purchases run through our checkout at shop.readyjetroam.com, which is operated by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record: Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, applies any taxes it’s required to collect, and issues your receipt, and your purchase is also subject to the terms it presents at checkout. Prices are shown at checkout and can change over time; the price you pay is the one shown when you buy.
After a successful purchase you receive access to download your product. If delivery fails or a file won’t open, email [email protected] and we’ll make it right.
6. Refunds
Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately, all sales are final once the product has been delivered, except where a refund is required by law or provided under the merchant of record’s policies. If something goes wrong, delivery fails, you’re charged twice, or you bought the wrong thing by accident, email us and we’ll sort it out.
If you’re a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. At checkout you’re asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once delivery begins. If that consent and acknowledgment aren’t validly obtained for your purchase, your statutory withdrawal right is unaffected. Nothing in this section limits rights that consumer law doesn’t allow us to limit.
7. Your license to purchased products
When you buy a digital product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own purposes. You can download it to your own devices and print it for yourself. You may not share the files, post them publicly, resell or redistribute them, or use them to build commercial products or derivative works. Reidwald Ventures, LLC retains all copyright and other rights in the products.
8. Our content and intellectual property
All content on the Services, including text, images, branding, graphics, and original materials, is the intellectual property of Reidwald Ventures, LLC unless otherwise stated. You may read and share links to our content and quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link to the source. You may not republish full articles without written permission, use content for commercial purposes without consent, or remove copyright notices.
You also may not systematically scrape the Services, extract content in bulk by automated means, or use our content to train or develop artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models without our written permission, except to the extent the law says such a restriction can’t be enforced.
9. Affiliate links and monetization
Some links on the Services are affiliate or referral links, and we may earn a commission or other compensation from qualifying actions. Affiliate relationships don’t influence our opinions or recommendations, and our Affiliate Disclosure lists current partners. Third-party merchants are responsible for their own services, policies, fulfillment, and customer support.
10. Comments and other submissions
If you submit comments, messages, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it, that it’s lawful, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, moderate, format, and technically adapt your submission as needed to operate the Services. We may remove submissions that are abusive, misleading, promotional, or otherwise inappropriate.
11. Third-party websites and services
The Services link to external websites we don’t operate. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion and subject to their terms and policies.
12. Availability
We aim to keep the Services available and working properly, but access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services and all content and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reidwald Ventures, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms. To the same extent, our total aggregate liability for claims relating to a product you purchased is capped at the amount you paid us for that product in the twelve months before the claim arose, and our total aggregate liability for all other claims is capped at one hundred U.S. dollars.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that can’t lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing takes away consumer rights that the law says can’t be waived.
15. Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the Services if these Terms are violated or to protect the Services or their users. Sections that by their nature should survive, including licenses and restrictions, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law, survive termination.
16. Age and capacity
The Services aren’t directed to children under 13. By making a purchase, you confirm you’re legally able to enter a binding contract where you live; if you’re not, a parent or guardian must make the purchase.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are published on this page, and the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms; changes don’t retroactively alter the terms that applied to a purchase you already made.
18. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
19. Everything else
If part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a provision, that’s not a waiver of it, and waivers count only in writing. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor to the business. Legal notices to us go to [email protected]; notices to you may be posted on the Services or sent to an email address you’ve provided. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our Affiliate Disclosure, and any terms presented at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If checkout terms conflict with these Terms for a particular purchase, the checkout terms control for that purchase.
